1 Teen Killed and 2 others Injured in Rollover

A 17-year-old boy was killed Monday and two others injured in a rollover accident.

Jessica Forbes, 15, was driving down a highway in South Dakota when she lost control then hit a ditch, causing the car to roll.

There were two passengers in the vehicle, 17-year-old Kenneth Rodriguez and 19-year-old Johnathan Pike. Rodriguez was ejected from the car and was unable to survive his extensive injuries. Medical crews later pronounced him dead at the scene.

Pike and Forbes were airlifted to hospitals with serious injuries. Further listings on their conditions have not yet been reported.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol are continuing to investigate the fatal accident.
