2 Indiana Boys Injured in Rollover Accident

Two Indiana boys were injured Tuesday when they lost control and rolled their car.

Both 19-year-old Chad Anthrop and 16-year-old Nathaniel Davis were speeding westward on a Tippecanoe County road when they lost control, hit a telephone junction box, then rolled when attempting to return to the road. The boys sped past a stop sign and lost control after crossing over some railroad tracks.

Davis attempted to flee the scene of the accident, but was found in a nearby area and taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. Anthrop was taken to the hospital as well, but was seriously injured and airlifted to Methodist hospital.

Police are conducting an investigation into the accident and alcohol was said to have been a component of the crash.
