20-year-old Kentucky Man Killed after Running into Tree

A Kentucky man was killed and his passenger injured Tuesday when the man lost of control of his car and hit a tree.

Devon Willingham, 20, was driving with Timothy Shain, 19, in the passenger seat when his car went off the road and crashed into a tree.

Willingham was unable to survive his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Shain was seriously injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment.

There is an ongoing investigation into the accident.
