3 Vehicle Texas Accident Leaves 4 Killed and 5 Injured
Four Texans were killed and five others injured Thursday in a three-vehicle accident.
A Toyota Tundra heading south lost control and hit a Dodge Neon leading both vehicles to spin into oncoming traffic. A Buick Century crashed into the Neon killing four of the five people in the car. The survivor of the crash and the driver of the Buick were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
One passenger of the Tundra received treatment at the scene, while three others were taken to the hospital.
The driver of the Tundra was believed to have been under the influence of either drugs or alcohol. Authorities are conducting an investigation into the accident as well as the driver for intoxicated manslaughter.
