Bicyclist Injured in Hit and Run

A bicyclist was left alone on a Pennsylvania road Thursday after being hit by a pickup truck.

The pickup continued on down the road after the accident and allegedly never saw the man.

James Perkins was rushed by helicopter to Hershey Medical Center for head trauma, where he remains in serious condition as of Friday.

Police are conducting an investigation on the hit and run. The driver’s identity is still unknown.
