Raymond Simeon was driving through Fulton when he lost control, crossed the line into oncoming traffic, and crashed his Volkswagen into a Saturn.

Medical crews arrived on the scene and rushed Simeon to a Cobleskill hospital, where he was unable to survive his serious injuries and pronounced dead.

The Saturn driver was transported to the hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.

Police are conducting a full investigation into the fatal accident.

An unidentified 8-year-old boy was holding on to a Jeep with two other children while riding a skateboard. The boy was thought to have lost his balance and fallen when he was then hit by the car.

Hagerstown Police are not completely clear on how the boy was hit exactly.

The boy remains at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in critical condition.

Officials are continuing to investigate the incident.

A power line fell as a result of the accident, near the Minnesota state fair grounds. The line ended up hitting and injuring 32-year-old Spencer Jackson and 26-year-old Brady Berger.

Jackson was taken to a hospital for injuries that kept him overnight. He had been sitting in a chair below while directing cars into a parking lot.

Berger was struck and shocked by the power line causing injuries to him as well.

Trent Wade Johnson was driving the semi and was ticketed by police for inattentive driving.

Power outages at the fair occurred until later that afternoon.

A semi-truck was driving near the Minnesota State Fair when it crashed into a power pole. The impact cause a power line to fall and hit a person below.

The incident led to power failures for parts of the fairgrounds and 400 other people in the St. Paul area.

How serious the injuries are for the victim have not yet been reported, but police are fully investigating the accident.

Near 11:30, 37-year-old Richard Patrick Martin was driving a dump truck near Oyens, Iowa.

When Martin started crossing some train tracks he drove directly in front of an oncoming Canadian National train, which forced him up and over a bridge.

Part of the truck fell onto a crane used for bridge repairs and other parts landed in a creek below.

Plymouth County Police discovered Martin to have been ejected from the vehicle. Medical crews arrived and Martin was pronounced dead at the scene.

Martin may not have had full visibility due to trees and shrubbery, but the tracks were clearly marked with yield and crossbuck railroad crossing signs.

At the time of the accident, the train was traveling at about 40 mph.

Richard Jaros was driving at about 2:00 a.m. when he lost control and crashed into a tree.

Medical crews rushed him to a hospital for treatment, but he was unable to survive his injuries. He was pronounced as dead eight hours later due to blunt-force trauma.

Police are continuing to investigate and tests are being conducted to determine if alcohol was involved.

Later that day, 82-year-old Elvina Allen was leaving a park when she pulled out in front of a truck causing the collision.

Allen was unable to survive the deadly crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the pickup, 31-year-old Graciela Gutierrez, was uninjured but one of her seven passengers had to be taken to a hospital for treatment non life-threatening injuries.

The investigation into the fatal accident is ongoing.

Wayne Scroggins, 32, was traveling on his motorcycle Saturday when he lost control and veered off the road. After crashing into a tree without a helmet, Scroggins suffered sever injuries.

His body wasn’t discovered until Sunday afternoon.

Sunday morning, 23-year-old Dustin Walling crashed his bike into a pickup truck while traveling at a high speed out of a parking lot.

Police and medical crews arrived on the scene and found Walling without a helmet and his bike on fire.

Walling was unable to survive the deadly crash.

Police are continuing to investigate.

Fieldon Figgins, 35, was driving Sunday night in Illinois when he hit a dog and lost control. The accident caused serious injuries to Figgins, ones he was unable to survive.

The other ATVaccident involved 37-year-old Bradley Allison. While at home, Allison somehow overturned his ATV and was discovered by his wife while being crushed under it.

Unable to survive the fatal injuries, Allison was later pronounced dead at a hospital in Springfield.

Police are continuing to investigate the fatal incidents.

A car carrying two adults flew through a stop sign and into the bus, on its way to Ross Elementary school.

The bus was carrying eight student sand two adults when the accident occurred.

Everyone involved was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

All have since been released.

The Topeka police are conducting a full investigation into the accident.

Four kids began to feel tingles as they were swimming in Lake Freeman in Indiana.

While attempting to get out of the water, Zachary Crays fell back in and was later discovered face down.

Crays was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

The three other children were able to get out of the water safe.

A boat dock electrical short is thought of to be the cause of the fatal incident.

Police are continuing to investigate.
