Coach Killed in Bowling Alley Accident
A coach at Spokane Community College in Washington died Friday morning after a tragic accident at the college’s bowling alley.
Erik Anderson, 38, was named head cross country coach for CCS men and women in 2004 and was previously an assistant and successful coach at CCS and Clark College in Vancouver, Wash.
Anderson died while he working on bowling alley equipment in the Spokane Community College Lair-Student Center. Primary investigations show that the faculty member was killed by a piece of bowling equipment. There were students in the alley at the time of the accident but no one witnessed the fatal accident.
