Driver Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision

A driver suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident in Waco Friday afternoon.

The victim was driving southbound on 26^th Street when they ran a red light at the intersection of Austin Avenue and 26^th Street and was hit by a vehicle.

Waco firefighters had to extricate the victim from the vehicle by using the Jaws of Life.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with possible arm injuries.
