Raymond Simeon was driving through Fulton when he lost control, crossed the line into oncoming traffic, and crashed his Volkswagen into a Saturn.

Medical crews arrived on the scene and rushed Simeon to a Cobleskill hospital, where he was unable to survive his serious injuries and pronounced dead.

The Saturn driver was transported to the hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.

Police are conducting a full investigation into the fatal accident.

An unidentified 8-year-old boy was holding on to a Jeep with two other children while riding a skateboard. The boy was thought to have lost his balance and fallen when he was then hit by the car.

Hagerstown Police are not completely clear on how the boy was hit exactly.

The boy remains at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in critical condition.

Officials are continuing to investigate the incident.

William Henry Alligood, 53, was driving his motorcycle in Hudson when he lost control and flipped it over. He rolled and landed on the shoulder of the road.

A medical crew rushed Alligood to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries, but was unable to survive. He was later pronounced dead.

Police are conducting a full investigation into the accident. Whether or not alcohol was involved has not been determined.

Police are still investigating the fatal accident and what exactly occurred.

It was reported to have happened at a construction site at the Chesapeake Energy Corp.

The injured employee suffered non life-threatening injuries and is being treated at a local hospital.

The other employee was unable to survive the injuries he sustained.

A power line fell as a result of the accident, near the Minnesota state fair grounds. The line ended up hitting and injuring 32-year-old Spencer Jackson and 26-year-old Brady Berger.

Jackson was taken to a hospital for injuries that kept him overnight. He had been sitting in a chair below while directing cars into a parking lot.

Berger was struck and shocked by the power line causing injuries to him as well.

Trent Wade Johnson was driving the semi and was ticketed by police for inattentive driving.

Power outages at the fair occurred until later that afternoon.

The young child, Zevrix Hyde, was run over by a tractor tire after falling out of the back seat.

The Wayne County accident occurred in Damascus near Route 191.

Police are continuing to investigate the fatal accident, but the toddler’s death has been ruled an accident by the coroner.

Nikolas Charles Kochaniuk was contracted to work on a brick wall located near a kiln inside the mill.

Police and medical crews were contacted and arrived at the scene finding Kochaniuk unconscious.

The exact details of what happened to him are still unknown, but the employee was unable to survive the injuries he suffered.

Police along with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the incident.

A semi-truck was driving near the Minnesota State Fair when it crashed into a power pole. The impact cause a power line to fall and hit a person below.

The incident led to power failures for parts of the fairgrounds and 400 other people in the St. Paul area.

How serious the injuries are for the victim have not yet been reported, but police are fully investigating the accident.

Near 11:30, 37-year-old Richard Patrick Martin was driving a dump truck near Oyens, Iowa.

When Martin started crossing some train tracks he drove directly in front of an oncoming Canadian National train, which forced him up and over a bridge.

Part of the truck fell onto a crane used for bridge repairs and other parts landed in a creek below.

Plymouth County Police discovered Martin to have been ejected from the vehicle. Medical crews arrived and Martin was pronounced dead at the scene.

Martin may not have had full visibility due to trees and shrubbery, but the tracks were clearly marked with yield and crossbuck railroad crossing signs.

At the time of the accident, the train was traveling at about 40 mph.

While working on a farm 53-year-old Genovevo “Johnny” Garcia was steering a lawnmower when it tipped over, rolled, and pinned him under it in a pond.

The farm’s owner, Bill Russell, witnessed the accident and rushed over to help. He was unable to lift the mower off of Garcia due to its weight.

Medical crews arrived on the scene and used a rope, by attaching it to  Russell’s four-wheeler he was on, to pull the lawnmower out of the water and off of Garcia.

Garcia was trapped under water for about 27 minutes.

After attempting to resuscitate him,  medical crews rushed him to a hospital. Garcia was unable to survive the injuries he sustained and was pronounced dead.
