Five Injured in Provo Traffic Accident

One person suffered critical injuries and four others were injured in a two-vehicle accident in Provo Thursday night.

A vehicle with two occupants collided with another vehicle with three occupants near 1000 South University Avenue around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, according to Provo police.

All five occupants were transported to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, where at least one was listed in critical condition. The conditions of the other occupants is unknown.

It is possible that one of the occupants was killed in the collision from injuries they suffered.

The accident is under investigation.
