Five Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision

10 people were involved in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 169 Thursday night which resulted in minor injuries.

Patricia Anderson, 47, of St. James, was traveling in a 2006 Chevrolet SUV southbound on Highway 169 when she was involved in a collision with a 1991 Toyota Previa driven by Erica Gersch, 27, of North Mankato, that was coming off the Highway 14 eastbound ramp onto 169.

Gersch’s vehicle held three occupants and Anderson’s held seven. Five suffered minor injuries.

The accident scene was cleared by the State Patrol, Mankato and North Mankato police and fire personnel.
