Hanging Death of Young Boy Believed Accidental

The death of a 2-year-old boy found hanged in a Lawrence County, Tennessee dairy barn is believed to be an accident.

Danny Miller, 2, was found by family members hanging from baling wire in a dairy barn in an Amish community near Ethridge around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

According to police, it appears that Miller was playing on a stool when he fell over and became tangled in the bale wire. Foul play is not suspected.

Miller’s family was outside the barn working when the accident occurred.
