Louisville Man Killed in ATV Accident

A man was killed in an ATV accident Sunday morning in the town of Louisville.

Dennis J. Martin, 48, of Louisville, was operating an all-terrain vehicle when he failed to negotiate a curve on a trail south of County Route 36 just before noon on Sunday. Martin lost control of the machine and struck a grouping of trees off the trail.

County coroner James Sienkiewycz pronounced Martin dead at the scene. An autopsy revealed the cause of death was blunt force trauma.
