Malden Woman Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident
A woman suffered fatal injuries in a two-vehicle accident near Four Corners Tuesday afternoon.
Joseph Casey, 83, was driving a Toyota Camry on Russell Street when he collided with a Chrysler Sebring driven by Claire Regan, 78, of Woburn, near the intersection of Old Cambridge Road Tuesday afternoon.
Joseph Casey’s wife, Katherine Casey, 84, of Malden, was a passenger in the Camry and was transported to Lahey Clinic in Burlington where she died early Wednesday morning.
Regan was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital suffering from serious injuries.
The accident is under investigation. No charges have been filed at this time.
