Man Charged in Injury Auto Accident
A man has been charged for his involvement in a car accident that resulted in injuring a 4-year-old girl and two others.
James Pascoe, 35, of Alamosa, was driving southbound when he ran a stop sign and collided with an eastbound minivan driven by a 15-year-old male around 4:25 p.m. Wednesday.
A 4-year-old girl traveling in the minivan was ejected and suffered injuries. Jorge Orosco, 37, of Pueblo was flown to an area hospital in serious condition. Moncerrat Dominguez, 32, of Pueblo, is in fair condition.
Pascoe and his wife, who were transporting a baby alligator and turtle, were not injured.
Pascoe was cited for failure to stop and careless driving causing serious bodily injury.
