Man Crushed and Killed between Tree Limbs
A 31-year-old man was killed Monday in Arizona when a tree limb fell on top of him.
Matthew Don Crowell, a Wood County employee, was trimming a tree limb when it fell on top of him and crushed him between it and another limb.
Medical crews rushed him to a local hospital for treatment, but he was unable to survive his injuries and was later pronounced as dead.
An autopsy stated that blunt force trauma was the cause.
Crowell had been working for Wood County since the beginning of 2008.
