Man Injured in Motorcycle-Car Collision

A man suffered multiple injuries in a an accident involving a motorcycle and another vehicle Wednesday afternoon in Corpus Christi, Texas.

According to police, the motorcyclist was riding his motorcycle at the intersection of of Staples and Herndon streets when he was involved in a collision with another vehicle. The driver of the motorcycle was ejected from his vehicle and was seriously injured.

The motorcyclist driver, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, was transported to a local hospital suffering injuries to his knees and feet, said police.

The accident is under investigation.
