Man Killed By Hit-And-Run Driver
A man was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Thursday.
The man, estimated to be in his mid-20s, was traveling near 9th Street and Roosevelt Boulevard in Hunting Park when he was struck by a minivan around 2 a.m. Thursday, according to police.
The van fled the scene and continued traveling northbound on Roosevelt Boulevard.
The unidentified victim transported to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after the incident.
Investigators are searching for a dark-colored minivan with tinted windows. The van should have damage to the right front headlight, hood and windshield, and have a missing antenna.
