NY Couple Struck by Car at Intersection

A New York couple was injured Tuesday when they were hit by a car at an intersection.

Medical crews rushed the unidentified 23-year-old man and 18-year-old woman to local hospitals for treatment. One was reported to be in critical condition, the other in serious condition.

The driver of the car is in police custody.

Police are conducting an investigation into the accident and as of now charges have not yet been filed.
