Oklahoma wide receiver Corey Wilson was critically injured in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 35 in Oklahoma Friday afternoon.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the 20-year-old football player from Carrollton, Texas was airlifted to OU Medical Center in critical condition with head and internal injuries suffered in the accident, which occurred at approximately 1 p.m. Friday near Pauls Valley. A hospital spokesman says Wilson’s family asked that his condition remain confidential.
