One Person Killed In Three-Vehicle Accident

One person was killed in an accident involving multiple vehicles near Interstate 280 in San Mateo County, California.

A gardening truck, a convertible, and another vehicle were all involved in a collision on Edgewood Road, located just east of Interstate 280 near Redwood City around 7:45 a.m., according to Officer Marc Johnston of the California Highway Patrol.

At least one person has been confirmed dead in the accident. It is unknown which vehicle the victim was an occupant in, said Johnston.

Edgewood road has been closed while the accident is being cleared and investigated.
