Pennsylvania Truck Driver Killed after Losing Control of Semi Truck

A Pennsylvania man was killed Monday after losing control of his semi truck and crashing off the road.

Alexander Gutmans, 59, struck a guardrail with his truck after being unable to maintain control then swerved off the road.

Police and medical crews arrived on the scene and rushed Gutmans to a local hospital. The man was unable to survive his injuries and was later pronounced as dead.

An investigation into the fatal accident is being conducted.
