Recycling Plant Accident leaves 1 Dead & 1 Injured

One man was killed and another injured Monday in a recycling plant accident in Alabama.

Police arrived on the scene to find Rodney Williams, 35, dead after being struck at the KW Plastics Recycling Division in Troy. The exact details of what occurred have not yet been released.

A man injured in the incident, 59-year-old Elmer Fleming, was rushed to a hospital in Montgomery for treatment.

Police, along with The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, are fully investigating the occurrence.
