Anita Jaquith lost control of her vehicle on Route 20 causing her to veer off the road and crash into a tree.

Medical crews rushed her to Westfield Memorial Hospital before having to airlift the Jaquith to Erie County Medical Center. She was unable to survive the injuries she sustained and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

New York police are continuing to investigate the deadly accident.

The brothers, 50-year-old Kevin Stuenkel and 55 year-old Dean Stuenkel were driving down a highway early Thursday when Kevin lost control causing their truck to roll.

Police and medical crews rushed to the scene where they found the two deceased.

Police are still investigating.

After leaving an event and driving through Burbank a car crashed into her chauffered Lincoln Town Car.

The town car was totaled and Lewis suffered minor injuries including soreness.

Police are continuing to investigate the hit and run.

The event Lewis had attended was for a new movie she is starring in, called Conviction.

The 15-year-old boy, who lived in Sunnyvale, was climbing on a tow bar of a truck that connected two trailers while it was stopped at a red light on Wolfe Road near I-280. When the truck began to accelerate, the boy was run over by the rear wheels and suffered fatal injuries.

The driver of the truck, possibly unaware that the accident occurred, drove away from the scene.

The California Highway Patrol is looking for the driver and investigating the accident.

Two vehicles were involved in the accident at the intersection of St. Joe Road and Highway 66/Diamond Avenue around 10:00 p.m. Thursday. The cause of the accident is unknown.

The identities of the victims have not been released.

All lanes on Diamond Avenue were closed from ST. Joe to Posey County Road due to the accident.

On Saturday, a collision occurred between a minivan and an unmarked car driven by a Yuma Police Detective around 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of Araby Road and 24th Street.

Both the detective and driver of the minivan were transported to YRMC suffering non-life threatening injuries.

On Friday, an officer responding to a call west of 24^th Street collided with a Ford F-150 in an intersection at about 4:30 p.m.

The officer did have his emergency lights and sirens activated.

The officer and the driver of the Ford were transported to YRMC suffering non-life threatening injuries.

A vehicle with two occupants collided with another vehicle with three occupants near 1000 South University Avenue around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, according to Provo police.

All five occupants were transported to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, where at least one was listed in critical condition. The conditions of the other occupants is unknown.

It is possible that one of the occupants was killed in the collision from injuries they suffered.

The accident is under investigation.

Edward Sloniger, 63, and Sharon Sloniger, 62, both of Youngstown, were traveling in an SUV that was struck by a camper carrying three German tourists on Ransomville Road and Youngstown Road.

Edward Sloniger was killed in the collision. Sharon Sloniger was transported to ECMC and is listed in critical condition.

The three Germans traveling in the camper were Siegmund, Leokadia, and Sebastian Deja. Leokadia Deja was killed and Sebastian, 7, was transported to the Children’s Hospital in Buffalo for treatment.

Siegmund Deja, the driver of the camper, received a ticket for running a stop sign.

The semi-truck was traveling on Indiana 13 when it collided with a second vehicle, possibly a van, around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 53000 block near the intersection with County Road 120, said Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department dispatch.

One occupant of the second vehicle suffered serious injuries and was airlifted from the scene.

The driver of the semi did not suffer any serious injuries.

According to police, Newell swerved to miss an alligator that was in the middle of Highway 170 when he struck a bus carrying passengers around 10:45 p.m. Friday.

Newell was pronounced dead at the scene. The alligator was also killed in the accident.

A passenger on the bus, Edward Hubbard, said he was thrown from his seat on the bus when the collision occurred.

The occupants of the bus credit the bus driver for keeping them safe.
