Teen, Child Hospitalized After ATV Accident

A teenager and a child were hospitalized following an ATV accident in Fulton County Monday night.

Dylan Lewis, 14, of Argos, Dakota Garcia, 1, of Warsaw, were riding an ATV, driven by Angelita C. Garcia, 18, of Warsaw, northbound on CR 650E when she failed to stop at the intersection with Ind. 14 and collided with a pickup driven by Morse Utter, 83, of Rochester around 8:14 p.m. Monday.

Lewis and Dakota Garcia were ejected from the ATV and airlifted to Parkview Hospital with multiple injuries.

Angelita Garcia was taken to Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester, where she was treated for a broken leg and released.

Utter did not sustain any injuries.
