Teen Killed, Three Injured in Car Accident

A teenager was killed and three others suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident in Dubuque County, Iowa Saturday.

James Murphy, 19, was driving southbound in Dubuque Saturday when he failed to yield to a westbound pickup truck and was struck broadside.

Murphy was killed in the accident. A female passenger in his vehicle and the driver and passenger of the pickup truck were all transported to area hospitals for treatment.

The accident is under investigation.
