Teenage Girl Injured in Car Accident

A teenage girl suffered serious injuries in a one-vehicle accident just north of downtown San Antonio Tuesday afternoon.

A 16-year-old boy was driving southbound on North Flores Street when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a utility pole.

A 17-year-old girl, whose identity has not been released, was a passenger in the vehicle and suffered head trauma in the accident.

The driver was also hospitalized but his condition is unknown.
