Teenage Girl Killed When Struck By Bus
A teenage girl died from fatal injuries she suffered when she was struck by her school bus Wednesday in Houston, Texas.
The ninth grader and her friend got off their school bus when she dropped something in front of the bus. When the victim walked in front of the bus she was struck by the vehicle as it pulled away.
The bus driver claims she never saw the student in front of the vehicle.
The students name has not been released but the principal of her school stated she was an A-student, and an excellent volleyball and basketball player.
The accident is under investigation. No charges have been filed as of yet.
