Tennessee 7-year-old Left Alone on Bus for 10 Hours

A 7-year-old Tennessee boy was alone for almost 10 hours on a bus after falling asleep while everyone else got off.

Semajay Woodward fell asleep on the bus after being picked up at his Nashville home. The bus driver and the monitor failed to notice the boy.

After dropping off all of the students at a local school the driver drove the bus home then left to work at a second job. The boy remained alone on the bus for about 10 hours before the driver came back to go get the kids when school was out.

The mother of the 7-year-old claimed that the driver allegedly told the boy to not tell what had happened to him then gave him some food.

The school district immediately fired the monitor and the bus driver.
