Two-Vehicle Accident, Hospitalizes Three Man Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries in Pedestrian Accident
Three People Suffered Injuries in Two-Vehicle Accident
Three people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident Monday afternoon on M-53 near Severance Road, according to the Sanilac County Sheriff Department.
David Bushouse, 66, of Kalamazoo, was driving a van on M-53 near Severance Road when he rear-ended another vehicle driven by Michael Battaglioli, 25, of Warren, Ohio that had slowed to turn.
Bushouse and the driver of the other vehicle were transported to Hills and Dales Hospital in Cass City with minor injuries.
Bushouse was given a citation for his dangerous actions that resulted in the traffic collision.
The accident occurred at 12:50 p.m. Monday.
