Two Killed When Boat Capsizes on Ohio River
Two people were killed in a boating accident on the Ohio River over the weekend.
William T. Knight, 54, and Amanda Carpenter, 29, both of Parkersburg, West Virginia, were boating on the Ohio River with two others when their boat capsized near the Belleville Locks and Dam.
Knight and Carpenter were killed in the accident.
The two other passengers were able to safely swim back to shore after the accident.
The accident is being investigated by the Division of Natural Resources.
