Woman Arrested Twice in 1 Week for DUI

A 40-year-old woman was arrested on both Monday and Wednesday after causing two accidents while under the influence.

Deette Rude was reportedly under the influence of prescription drugs while driving in Washington.

After being arrested, Rude was released on bail.

In the past two years Rude has been arrested five times  for DUI. Wednesday’s arrest was her third since May.

Her fifth DUI arrest may lead to felony charges, since the law in Washington states that only the first four are misdemeanors.
