Worker Injured in Crane Accident
A crane accident resulted in minor injuries Monday morning at the Dry Fork power plant construction site in Campbell County, Wyoming.
According to Basin Electric Construction Manager Tom Stalcup, an unloaded crane boom broke while employees were working on a coal silo east of the Dry Fork mine.
One worker sprained his ankle in the accident.
The accident is under investigation. According to Stalcup, cranes are checked every day before use.
